Taxi Booking & Fleet Management Platform was developed for transportation operations in Gulf Cooperation Council. where customer demand, driver availability, vehicle assignment and ride execution need to remain coordinated throughout the day.

The platform had to accommodate more than customer-initiated bookings. Transportation teams also needed the ability to create rides on behalf of customers, intervene when a driver became unavailable and manage vehicles and commercial rules from the administration side.
